In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful completion of our construction projects, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion with precision and expertise. Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities with a keen eye for detail and quality control Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards to uphold the highest level of safety and quality Review and interpret intricate blueprints and construction drawings, providing valuable insights and solutions to complex construction challenges Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution Implement innovative project monitoring techniques to track progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely reports to stakeholders Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise to foster growth and development within the team Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repair techniques to effectively oversee diverse construction projects Proficiency in software to streamline project planning and execution processes Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring efficient and effective project outcomes Company Information: Founded in 1993 by the visionary Evans Nwankwo, Megen Construction Company has evolved into a leading construction firm known for its unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
