Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Service Specialist
to support mental health providers in their network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key provider relationships throughout the provider
lifecycle
Resolve provider-related complaints and identify trends for
improvement
Collaborate with team members to innovate policies and document
provider performance feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor or Graduate Degree in business, business administration,
or behavioral sciences, or equivalent experience
Prior customer service or provider relations experience
Fluency with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to collaborate with teams to achieve goals
Critical thinker with a demonstrated work ethic
