Immediate need for Senior IT Client Support Technician. Leading, growing, dynamic, high tech global company, offers career growth and diversity. Seeking 4+ years experience with linux/unix systems admini, 4+ years relevant experience in large scale operat and 3+ years experience with lan/wan technologies.

The ROCC Technical Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day integrity and monitoring of the existing infrastructure to ensure adherence to committed SLAs, consistency across server platforms and proper integration of infrastructure components. This position will also participate in the feedback loop to the architecture and engineering team in order to capture any gaps in design or documentation. The ROCC Technical Specialist will take part in on-call efforts, work evening and weekend shifts great benefits.
