Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Training Manager to
enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees and
partners in HVAC/R systems.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and implement comprehensive training programs for HVAC/R
technicians
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning
content
Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on
assessments and feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field
Experience in adult learning principles and curriculum
development
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital
training platforms
Previous experience in a training environment or educational
institution
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful
learning programs
