A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop fast formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Compensation
modules
Collaborate with business users and HR, Payroll, and Compensation
administrators to gather requirements
Create HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP reports tailored to business
needs
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas
Proven expertise in Payroll and Compensation modules
Experience with Absence and PTO fast formulas
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design solutions
USC/GC candidates preferred; GC EAD considered
