Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Team Member. As a key member of our Front End team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective way.
• Checkout Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Front End area, by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
