Device for the West region.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic and sales goals, ensuring profitable
year-over-year growth for assigned accounts
Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance sales
initiatives and profitability
Manage account planning, pipeline management, and profitability
improvements in the CRM tool
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and general
management, preferably in the packaging industry
Proven track record of successful sales growth and
profitability
Experience with negotiations and strong influencing skills
