Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator to manage
crises and connect clients to mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions and safety
planning
Identify roadblocks to clinical care and connect clients to
appropriate treatment options
Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or
equivalent independent clinical licensure required
Two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related
experience
Two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in EAP or
clinical call center settings
Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not
required
