Hunter Hollow is a flagship location for Rocky Mountain Care. We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist. This Physical Therapist will be seeing patients in an outpatient and inpatient setting. The building is immaculate, spacious, and offers an open, airy feel. Residents can stroll down Main Street within the building which offers an alfresco dining experience. We feature a 40 bed transitional care unit and a 1500 square foot rehab gym with the latest in rehab equipment including: four sci-fit bikes, electric parallel bars, electric stand in frame and tilt table, treadmill, ceiling light track system, and free motion pulley system. Our Physical Therapist will have access to cutting edge technology as well as a great team to work with.The gym includes a full kitchen and bath for ADL training as well as a separate speech therapy treatment room. We provide PT, OT and ST services to a varied clientele including orthopedic (post surgical, multiple trauma, after fracture care, neurologic, and chronic disease). Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Proven work experience as a physical therapist Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid UT PT LicenseWe offer a great team to work with, a beautiful building to work in, generous salaries, and great career opportunities.
