Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sanction and Screening Manager to
oversee compliance with sanctions and screening regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to create operational procedures and analyze sanctions,
PEP, and adverse media alerts
Partner cross-functionally to enhance the sanctions program and
drive efficiency through data and technology
Provide monthly updates on sanctions to management and educate
stakeholders on related processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the sanctions domain, with 3+
years in people management
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven and results-oriented
approach
Deep familiarity with sanctions regulations, policies, and best
practices
Accreditation from a recognized industry body such as ACAMS
Understanding of data privacy, protection, and compliance
requirements
