Management Specialist performs assigned duties under the direction
of Wasatch Rx's Sales Account Manager over Order Management.
Primary areas of work responsibility include order verification,
sales support and purchasing support. This position works within
our sales department to provide support for management of sales
orders, as well as responsible to verify, authenticate, create and
properly maintain drug T3 pedigrees.--- Schedule: M-F 5:45am -
2:15pm (4 days a week in office, 1 day remote) --- Job Type: Full

Order Verification:o Verify online orders against internal purchase
orders o Locate corresponding invoices and file electronicallyo
Produce shipping labels; coordinate shipping instruction with
vendorso Research and reconcile vendor order discrepancies o
Central contact for vendor order inquiries --- Product
Authentication: o Compile and compose drug T3/EPCIS documentation
--- Accounting Support:o Process vendor invoiceso Order review,
research and correct discrepancies --- Purchasing Supporto Assist
purchasing team with various tasks as needed ? Product Sourcing via
Online Searches? Customer Service Support (instant messenger and
email) --- Other duties as assigned o Maintain customer and vendor
fileso Product organization within software systemo Properly
review, and correct aged entries in software systemRequirements:
Minimum Qualifications: -- At least 1 year of administrative or
clerical experience, along with a minimum of 1 year in customer
service, demonstrating your ability to navigate high-pressure
situations.-- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
to effectively collaborate with multiple departments and manage
various tasks simultaneously.-- Strong detail orientation to ensure
accuracy and quality while juggling diverse responsibilities.--
Ability to work independently with limited supervision,
demonstrating resilience and self-motivation in a dynamic
environment.-- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling you
to efficiently handle tasks across departments.-- High School
Diploma or GED required.Physical Requirements:-- Ability to work
independently and accurately solve problems-- Ability to sit/stand
for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit stand
desk-- Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods
of time-- Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a
headset-- Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT
