Job Description:

A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Specialist to manage and optimize their marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Utilize SFMC tools for audience segmentation and implement personalization strategies
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email design
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and data integration
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is preferred
