  • --- Responsible for managing a select group of top accounts within the electronics portfolio in SAP and achieving AR improvement, contacting customers regarding delinquent payments and monitors the collection of past due accounts.
  • --- Responsible for and supports team in reaching AR performance, working capital objectives and service level goals for the department through monitoring of various daily reports and department planning.
  • --- Develops relationships with key sales, customer support, distributor, and region management personnel to achieve accounts receivable goals and service level standards.
  • --- Analyzes data and develops strategic improvement plans based on trend patterns.
  • --- Responsible for the investigation and analysis of credit risks.
  • --- Performance management of credit and collections associates including but not limited to supervising, training, coaching, and discipline.
  • --- Performs progress evaluations for direct reports including monthly KPI reports, quarterly KPI reports and annual evaluations.
  • --- Uses Six Sigma, Lean & process mapping skills to improve processes and productivity.
  • --- Prepares management reports as required.
  • --- Resolves complex credit problems independently.
  • --- Makes decisions regarding credit extension.
  • --- Aggressively escalates account information to Collections Manager that is critical to AR performance.
  • --- Performs other duties as assignedWhat makes you great:
    • --- High School Diploma required/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • --- 3+ years Collections/Customer Service/Call Center experience required.
    • --- Supervisory/Leadership experience in a Collections/Customer Service environment preferred.
    • --- Knowledge of SAP and JDE preferred.
    • --- Proficient with Excel, Word and Power Point
